Shepard (the fem! is implied)/Garrus/Thane (because why pick when you could have them both?)
Shepard/Garrus/Tali (it's practically canonical!)
Garrus/Tali post-ME3 trying to figure out how to put their lives back together and navigating a post-synthesis world
