I was looking at a Metafilter post about fanvids, and that Kirk/Spock vid set to Closer? I see it now, guys. I SEE IT. It's not my thing still, having no interest in TOS, but damn. I love how the thread just veers into this huge tangent about Buffy after somebody links to a summary of all seven seasons set to the William Tell Overture. All this fanvid consumption makes me want to make that Reki vid to A Perfect Circle's "Halo" I was planning so long ago. I miss being in fandom as much as I used to.
