You may have heard of Lawrence Lessig as one of the people who helped pioneer the Creative Commons project. But he was also a victim of sexual abuse when he was a student at the American Boychoir School. Now he's facing the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of another abuse victim, John Hardwicke, and suing the school. It's a terribly depressing article (not to mention long), but it's worth reading. It takes a lot of guts to go through with something like this, and I wish them the best of luck.
