pearwaldorfHave developed new and unending irritation for the ideas of Thomas Malthus, as he embodies everything about elitist white land-owning male privilege that has been so for time immemorial. I don't think I would mind so much if he weren't so self-righteous about his views, and obvious about his disgust for the lower classes.
The 19th Century Studies class is starting to become a bit more interesting, although I still want to smack the professor who is giving the class historical background. I want to kick him and ask him what principles of natural philosophy Newton was working off of, instead of being the first natural philosopher as he seems to want to make him out to be.

This war with Iraq is supposedly going to cost $3 billion a month. I want to sigh and withhold my taxes from reaching this idiocy, but then I would be contributing to the deficit. Why do I get the feeling that a team of lobotomized monkeys would run this country better than the humans currently installed therein?
