Ridiculously pleased by the acquisition of a new coffee maker. I was disappointed because I thought the beans I got from this fair-trade organic shade-grown tree-hugging hippie outfit were bad, but no, it just turns out that if you have a shitty coffee maker it will make your brew taste like ass (and not in the from civet butt way) regardless of how good they are (and they are very tasty). Pondering going back to Costco tomorrow to pick up a burr grinder, but that is probably overkill. It is however, very cheap for a burr grinder.
