Well, Edwards is out of the race. (I knew I should have thrown him some money.) His departure and his speech made me sad, because I don't think either Clinton or Obama have paid enough attention to the little people, the ones who need a voice, as they say. I hope he gets a place in a Democratic administration, because they could use someone like him.

The Nation has an excellent argument about why Obama is the one to pick, but also highlights many of the issues progressives and lefties have with him. I wish there were still better candidates to pick from. But I think I'll be OK with this one.
