Shitloads to read. Shouldn't have put it off until now. Two chapters, two journal articles to digest after work Wednesday. Just wanted to post this: unsurprisingly, the Cato Institute is full of shit and their study indicating that Portland's policy of dense, transit-oriented development is not working was debunked. Nothing will make me miss the transit system in Portland, because I haven't lived anywhere with a better one (yet). I just wish the job market weren't so shitty so I could move back.
