Still alive. Silly links and memeage ahead:

Hello Kitty credit card - I went to the Sanrio store at Bellevue Square this weekend. When you walk into the store you are assaulted by this wave of pink. I think it does something to short-circuit your judgement, because then you start wanting to shriek "OMG KAWAIIII!!!" at almost everything. Chococat commuter mugs! Hello Kitty dorm bathroom kits! They had Hello Kitty frying pans. HELLO KITTY FRYING PANS, y'all! It was awesome, but this was the best thing I have ever seen. My mouth actually dropped open and I only barely mastered the urge to squeal. I was going to get one for [livejournal.com profile] starstealingirl, but apparently they only come in anorexic waif, skinny waif, and waif who eats burgers once every six months. *shakes fist*

Go here, page through the quotations look until you find 5 that you think reflect who you are or what you believe. Repost in your journal and tag 5 friends hope someone else will do the same to entertain you. (stolen from [livejournal.com profile] aprilbegins)

How do you define God? Like this. A God I could understand, at least potentially, was infinitely more interesting and relevant than one that defied comprehension.
Robert J. Sawyer

Half of the American people have never read a newspaper. Half never voted for President. One hopes it is the same half.
Gore Vidal

Idealism is what precedes experience; cynicism is what follows.
David T. Wolf

Books to the ceiling,
Books to the sky,
My pile of books are a mile high.
How I love them! How I need them!
I'll have a long beard by the time I read them.
Arnold Lobel

Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy.
H. L. Mencken

The art of dining well is no slight art, the pleasure not a slight pleasure.
Michel de Montaigne

What size shirt do you wear normally? They're like American Apparel sized, as in rather tight in the chest area, but really long. I would go as large as it will let you. Too bad that site doesn't have XL, because that is the only size I would consider wearing.

Stupid made for Japanese girls t-shirts.

See, normally, I wear an S or an XS. At Old Navy or the Gap, say, I need an XS, and could wear an XXS. A 32D is actually pretty small in the chest, even though it's a D.

Hmm. I would say S then. If worse comes to worse, it'll be a bit loose.
