Things I have learned in my Good Eats Season 1 marathon today

1. How to make a gratin
2. A traditional caesar (I still don't know if you capitalize or not) salad does not contain anchovies, but the worcestershire sauce(!!) in the dressing does.
3. How to butterfly a chicken
4. Why Vidalia onions are sweet
5. There exists a gravy out there that contains coffee. (Ew?)

And above all:
6. Good cooking requires lots of butter.

I'm not really sure how this helps me get ahead in life, but I do know why I'm so damn fat.
