Spoke too soon. Two calls today, one of which I can't take because the temp agency is out in Tukwila (which is north of Tacoma, if that gives you an indication of how far I will not be traveling), and the other set up a phone interview at 2:30. So I get to do that, dash out the door at three and hope I am not defeated by the truly evil and awe-inspiring traffic jams (that scene in Good Omens where the narrator talks about traffic jams creating low-grade evil like some insidious prayer wheel? Totally fucking accurate) for this stupid call center "screening," which probably indicates that they want to hire me. Blergh.
