When the program started a few months ago, we were herded into a conference room (I used to work at corporate) to watch a video. It was chock full of store partners saying things like "In my left pocket is my wallet. In my right pocket is my Green Apron Book!"
... uh, guys? Mao was a smart man, but he was not somebody to be emulated.
