A formula to calculate how high of heels a woman can wear

I find some of the factors ridiculously muzzy (for example, t, which is "the time since the shoe was the height of fashion, in months," which strikes me as a ridiculously hard task for anybody who might be using this formula in the first place), but it has assisted me in determining that I am much better off with flats.

Personally, I would say that they should include heel thickness as a factor, too - I get around just fine in my 5" chunky-heeled shoes, but stagger even in only 2" normal pumps. I'm always amazed by people who walk steadily in stilettos...
