pearwaldorfOn weekends on our local PBS station they play the strangest BBC comedies. One of the ones they have is about a superhero named Thermo Man who marries an Earth woman and they have a creepy talking baby together. Yes, I know, what the fuck, etc.
So on this episode, Thermo Man is really busy and discombobulated and misplaces the President of the United States. He's found by a man who doesn't believe him when he says he's George W. Bush, and so Bush totters off. Then he's found by a woman who punches him in the face when he says he's the president of the United States. When asked why she did that, is she crazy or something, she says "He's the one who rejects the Kyoto Accord and I'm the one who gets called crazy?"
Yes, it was cheap and silly, but it was funny, dammit.
