They're machine-knit with only acrylic, but as long as they look nice.

I would try to knit my own, but I am crafty-challenged. I might try anyways.

Ewww, I think the new ones are sinfully ugly. Well, slight exaggeration, but the old ones just automatically make me think of harry Potter and the new ones are too new, I guess. And different.

If I could actually bind off and make fringe, I would make you a scarf.

Maybe now is as good a time as any to learn, but I've started crocheting an afghan for celticwarrior82 that will probably be put on hold in favor of a blanket (or maybe a couple of hats) for keturavamp's unborn (a girl). And then there's the fact that those projects are crochet and I don't even know if I still HAVB an actual pair of knitting needles after all this moving.
