Happy birthday to Neil Gaiman. I keep forgetting that I have the same birthday he does, and it always pleases me to (re-)learn he does.

I probably shouldn't have skipped class, given that I skipped class on Friday too, but fuck. It's my birthday. I can't play this card more than once a year. But this means I must buckle down to do all the crap I should have done/must do, including a five page paper that requires, y'know, actual research as opposed to websites. Meh. And I have to get it done early because I'm going to the courthouse to get married the day it's due. Double meh.

Um.. what they said? Happy birthday, love, peace... couldn't find a proper card yet, so when you do get one it'll probably be even later than the birthday-wishes. d'oy.

I really would love to talk to you sometime (presumably when you aren't deathly busy). And if I lived in Portland and were legal drinking age in this country, I'd certainly go with you.
