Clarification
Apr. 4th, 2003 11:49 pmUm. I think I should have made something clear in my last post, cause I keep forgetting that not everybody's read Frank Herbert's Dune series.
See, the condition of being pre-born has nothing to do with embryo sex. It means that the baby achieves sentience before it's born, usually as the result of taking spice (oh, read the books already, would you? They're good. I promise), and the child is born with the knowledge and memories of their ancestors, including their parents'. Consequently, it seriously affects their childhood and subsequent development.
I hope that settles people's fears that I've suddenly played too much Psychobabble and started thinking the same way I make my sentences. But your comments were fucking priceless. ^.^
