Cannot find Big Box o'Blank Checks; this irritates me greatly, as I know it's around here somewhere.
New layout. V. pleased, esp. as this is the fourth attempt that finally succeeded.
1. Where do you currently work?
At the natural foods section of an undisclosed (to out of towners anyways) Fred Meyer.
2. How many other jobs have you had and where?
In reverse chronological order:
Deli wench at same Fred Meyer (you can probably see why I'm in natural foods now)
Catering assistant (read: babysitter and meal card scanner) and sorta-prep cook for PSU's freshman experience program (read: room and board for poor wittle freshmen whose parents don't trust them to not live on pizza and ramen)
Serving and hostess wench at Cruisers, a little diner-type place with a 50's theme out by David Douglas, where I went to high school. (A disaster for all involved; I only stayed a week)
Busgirl at the family Chinese restaurant (working only for tips, free food, and the novelty of seeing what adults do [I was like 12]. If I'd known they do it for the rest of their fucking LIVES, I would not have been so eager to participate)
3. What do you like best about your job?
Helping people. As strange as it sounds coming from me, it does give me joy to help people find what they need.
4. What do you like least about your job?
Stupid customers. Especially the ones that bitch and moan about the milk wall moving to the other side of the store. It's not my fault, morons!
5. What is your dream job?
To be able to do whatever the hell I want and not have to worry about paying the rent.
