It really is (mostly) that simple. (If you'd like something a little wordier, try this.) For reference: 3x FPL (as those of us who spend too much time pondering it abbreviate) is approximately $32500 for one person, $43000 for two, and $55000 for three. I'm guessing a lot of you fall into one of those categories.
