Patrick Wolf is interesting. He kind of reminds me of David Gray, in that folk singer moves to electronic experimentation kind of way. Not so hot on "Accident and Emergency," adore "Godrevey Point." Stream clips from the new album from his website. (hat tip to [livejournal.com profile] mydarkstar)

The warlock is level 20 now, or will be nearly. Now know an embarassing amount of Warcraft lore and the difference between Scourge and Forsaken.

After viewing this video below, I have an urge to start a cult of technological pantheism.

Well, fuck. Amanda Marcotte resigned as one of the netroots coordinators for the John Edwards campaign. I was so thrilled when she got hired, and I was so angry when Edwards gave the lamest most pansy-assed milquetoast I'm-sticking-by-you-but-not-really statement of support when that crazy right-wing cumrag Bill Donohue decided to try and make an example of her as a woman and an atheist on, oh noes of all things, a Democratic campaign. Instead of saying "screw off you crazy fuckwads" like he should have, Edwards did nothing short of ask both Amanda and Melissa McEwan (the other blogger they hired) to resign, and I lost a lot of respect for him when he didn't. Now, to find another horse to back. I keep hearing whisperings that Gore's going to run...?
