::sigh:: There are more disturbing things in that article, but none more disturbing than that.

There is a concept in sociology called "race thinking," where one assumes that the actions or statements of one person of an ethnicity represents the race/ethnicity as a whole. I believe there are many people in America guilty of that as I type this. But there are also many who are not, and I can only hope that the amount of the latter is greater than the former.
