Also. If your employer matches charitable donations, do make sure you do what you need to do to make sure the gift gets matched. If not, you can forward on your donation to me and I will lump it in with mine. You won't get the tax write-off, but your gift will be doubled.

Cool, thank you. It may take me a little while to get back to you; I'm hosting a couple of evacuees at my apartment, and depending on whether they get jobs and can pay rent, I may have to make their rent my donation. :-) I'll just e-mail it there, though - thanks!
