evadne, and perhaps other lurking Ohioans, but you might want to pay attention too.
The Secretary of State of Ohio is attempting to deny voters in Montgomery County (which is largely black and Democrat) the right to be registered because the paper the ballots were printed on isn't thick enough. Did I mention that the SoS is Republican?
I fucking hate this administration. I consider myself a pretty moderate, laid-back liberal (of course, that means nothing in this country anymore)--I suppose some people would consider me a bit more leftist. But shit like this makes me want to gather groups of angry college students in the street and trash government offices in Cleveland and make Blackwell cry like the smarmy little bitch he is.
