Bag, Borrow, or Steal, an online Netflix for handbags. I have no idea how useful this actually is, as I am not the type of person who drools over bags that cost more than my rent, but it's interesting. As for me, I just went to OldNavy.com (they have independent monitors in their sweatshops now! And that makes it all better.) and bought a new messenger bag for fifteen bucks. And I can mess it up all I want and nobody can charge me for the inconvenience.

I catch so much shit from family/friends for carrying a messenger bag, but with the amount of crap I tote around on a daily basis, I need it.

I love mine. I got it last December at PacSun. It's a Tilt one (with three little patches of a monkey, a star and a tiger on the front) and it's black corduroy with metal buckles. And of course there are like ten snarky pins on it.

I think that site is bloody brilliant. Handbags are such a trendy thing, that spending hundreds of dollars on one blows my mind.. so renting is a fabulous idea.

And I bought a messenger bag at Wal-Mart for a little less than $10 that I love.
