Aw shit.

*watches the deficit rocket through the fucking stratosphere*

You know, if these things are mobile, don't you think the satellites would have caught something more definitive by now? Regular or irregular movement of stuff from known or suspected weapons sites?

I'm not saying that the evidence isn't there. It just seems a bit... circumstantial, especially for a presentation to the UN. And I don't have enough background to judge whether or not this would be enough for the UN to send in a peacekeeping force of its own, or just shake a finger at Iraq and go "Comply with the inspectors, dammit!" The problem is, the UN's advisories are seen simply as that. Advisories, but not necessarily guidelines to be followed.

Ergh. Why do I have to care about world events? I mean, really.

To be honest, when I saw the link address, I was hoping that a document from robots.cnn.com would be about robots.

*giggles* Sorry to disappoint you, Bender, but that's just the subdomain CNN uses for the version of the content that gets farmed out to AOL and other portals. No ads on 'em, y'see, so it's useful to me too.
