Sep. 8th, 2007 04:37 pmI am in AARGH mode today. I brought my car in to get the axle replaced, and the axle is fine, but now the radiator has a little pool of antifreeze around it. I took it back in, and the slacker mechanic (the good mechanic doesn't work on Saturdays) just told me to get another radiator cap on my own, because apparently you can't get those delivered to mechanics shops. >:P
My computer is also behaving strangely. I'll shut it off and it'll restart spontaneously. Everything's weird and laggy (although that's about par for this thing, which is about four years old) and Pidgin has never worked quite right since the second Vista reinstall. It could just be the power supply, since Cody's computer did this when that power supply went kaput, or it could be the motherboard. I was hoping it could hold out until October when Leopard's released, but it might not. I could survive without a home computer for a month or so, but I would not be happy.
And nobody's put up the Justin Timberlake HBO special on BitTorrent yet! This makes me sad. Does anybody out there have a copy? Digital format is preferable, but I'll even dig out my VCR to watch it if somebody has it on tape.
