Feb. 19th, 2005 09:05 pmMy DVD player has a screen saver (a little whale that swims around on the screen). This disturbs me more than the fact that it says "Hi" and "Bye" on the display when I turn it on and off.
Cody and I went and saw Constantine today. I can't help but feel they took a lot of smart out of the comic series. Tilda Swinton as the Archangel Gabriel was a strange and brilliant stroke of casting genius, and Gavin Rossdale as an evil demon was not. Have come to the conclusion that Keanu Reeves is cool as long as he doesn't talk. Not as horrid as in the Matrix movies, but not as good as he was in Devil's Advocate, another movie with a strangely similar plotline.
