1. She bought a Rolling Stone at Safeway today because the Dave Matthews Band was on the cover, despite the fact that she was duped into buying a subscription from the annoying magazine salespeople employed by an Evil Marketing Corporation. But the mag has pictures of Dave Matthews playing his guitar without his shirt on, so said impulse purchase is somewhat justified. (Just found on nancies.org: a rather frightening but hilarious picture of Dave and Stefan the bass player in an out-of-control golf cart)
2. She spent 45 minutes with her boyfriend reading a legal brief and discussing Neil Gaiman's chances of actually winning said lawsuit (which are pretty damn good).
Going to slink away and ponder my loserness now.
