I found where I want to live for a good long time. I may have to off one of the tenants first or arrange for a timely death, but it is most definitely worth it. ^.^ It's called Patricia Court and for those of you in Portland, it's on NW 22nd and Hoyt. It's this u-shaped building with a lush overgrown courtyard and all the apartments opening off the courtyard. I cannot tell you how gorgeous it is. Of course, it's also in the Pearl District, and thus will have to pay an arm and a leg for a tiny little space and no utilities. But living in a place like that, it's almost worth fending off the yuppies. ^.^
