I think this is really funny, in a really depressing sort of way. Okay, so it's not really funny, but I'll just call it funny so I don't have to be depressed. Call it the Alanis Morissette version of being funny as opposed to ironic.

More info here and here.

Also. I have a job interview tomorrow. I ironed my shirt and de-cat-haired my black pants and everything. It's for some sort of internet startup, nothing interesting like a new search engine or even a bookstore. I think they sell car wax or consumer electronics or something. Actually, I'm not quite sure what the hell they do. Wish me luck anyways?

I'm tired of your foolish rhetoric about the "homosexual agenda" and your allegations that accepting homosexuality is the same thing as advocating sex with children. You are cruel and ignorant. You have been robbing me of the joys of motherhood ever since my children were tiny.

I watched an episode of Six Feet Under last night. When it got to the part where it shows them actually killing the boy, I was sobbing my head off for no reason I could fathom. It sounds really dumb, but the fact that it wasn't real was somehow worse. A fictional abstraction of real-life events, distilled in that Hollywood way that makes it more realistic than real life.
