I find the Fenris/Danarius LESS fucked up than a lot of it because that, at least, is like -- it's understandably OMG EVIL MAN.
okay, maybe I'm just hoping. I've never read any of it. there are only two -- three if you count War Mage, which I stopped reading before it was finished -- Seheron/Tevinter set stories that I enjoyed. one is "Head of the Household", with a confused Hawke finding Fenris. it has some disturbing power dynamics, but despite that I really kind of enjoy it? the other is loquaciouspark's "Spire".
what really bothers me is all the Fenris/Anders disturbing. because nothing tops weird and uncomfortably taking advantage, than a mage-hating elf being topped violently by a creepy fucking mage.
